How much does your pest service cost?
Residential Customers typically pay $30-$60 a month after the first service, which of course is only $10 at Greenbeard Pest Control. If you need a special service such as Bees, Wasps, or Gophers, then the price will really depend on what you need. One thing we promise is that our residential pest service pricing will be fair and you will get a top notch service for your money, or we will come back for free.
Commercial Customers will vary greatly in price because we don't know if you're just a little Mom and Pop operation with a small office, or corporation with a massive office. We don't know if you're an HOA, a property manager with many locations, or a school etc. At any rate we will take care of your pest control at an honest price for an amazing pest control service.

We are open Mon - Fri 8 am to 6 pm and Sat 8 am to Noon
Do I have to sign a contract?
For regular service pest control we do have a contract. We believe in providing excellence in service. We believe you will want to use our services for all your pest control needs simply because we exceed expectations. We have built a company on integrity, a contract is simply a way to ensure our customers that we can deliver on our promise to eliminate your pests and keep you in a safe, pest free zone. The cancellation fee before one year will be the equivalent to cover your actual Initial Service cost which we perform at $10 to start your residential service.
For commercial customers, we are more than willing to provide you with a verbal or written proposal. Our commercial contracts are for a period of one year and then go month to month. However, we believe in providing excellence. If, for any reason, you feel that we cannot adequately meet your needs, all you do is provide us with a 30 day written notice of intent to cancel. We, of course, will be contacting you just to make sure there is nothing we can do to meet and exceed your expectations, but with the current economy, sometimes things just change and finances are no longer available. We understand and want to help out in any way we can. We do have a cancellation fee inside the first year based on the size and scope of your work.

At Greenbeard Pest Control we believe in integrity and quality service. We will do our absolute best to make sure that you are happy with the quality and results of your service. our Greenbeard Gold Pest Control guarantee comes with ongoing services. If you have regular service pest control we offer free re-services if you aren't happy we aren't happy.
How long will the service take?
Greenbeard's licensed technicians will always want to do a thorough inspection of your property, identify problems and treat, as needed. The first time we service a home for general pest control will take about 25 min to an hour. The first service always takes longer. We want to become familiar with the environment and come up with the best plan for your home. Service times also differ depending on the size of the property and the type of pests we are needing to control.
Will the stuff you use harm my pets or infant?
Greenbeard Pest Control's professionally licensed technicians understand that the label on the product is the law. Therefore, utilizing these products according to the law ensures that they are used effectively and safely. We recommend that pets and infants stay out of any areas treated by a liquid until that liquid has had time to dry, Your technician will notify you of any additional precautions that may need to be taken. Our trained and licensed technicians have been taught to go as “green” as possible. Therefore, we will inspect, monitor activity levels, watch for structural problems, and communicate with our customers effectively to keep their environment pest free in the safest manner available.
